Hi Doc, What would you reccomend growing on the Tropic of Capricorn / Brasil ?

Quick question I got a 8x5x7 tall room what would be better 2 600w or 3 400w. also in my veg I got a3x6x6 should I use 2 250s or a single t5?

Think I would do 2-600 and 1 600 in veg

the reason i was thinkin the 2 250s is cause I'm gonna clone and have my mother lpant in the same room. with the 2 i can adjust the height between the mother palnt and the clones.

They would work. But all you need for clones is a small cfl. After they root the bigger light would work out well.

How many cfls and do I use them in the 16/8 cycle as well? I'm gonna journal my grow as soon I decide on the set up. I'm thinkin about goin with 3 areoponics setups. I'm hoping to harvest every month with a "perp" grow system. 3 weeks clone 3 weeks veg and 9 weeks flower. I'm kinda new to the grow but 20 yrs in the smokin.

for clones I use 1-27w cfl. After rooting I add 2-100w cfls for veg. that set up works for 4-6 small plants. Anything over about 12" they need there own 100w cfl. I had 3 moms under the 2 `100w's and it just wasn't enough light. All three where about 24-36" tall. Iuse 24hr light for clones.

doc, i had a huge cola come up last time. bud mold ;( i had to throw away over an ounce of purple kush, noooooooooo!!!! now im 3 into flower with a fan constntly blowing from all directions to keep the cannopy moving... will it happen again???r pronlem solved??? Also on an unrelated strain (lavenderxhaze) ive found powdery mildew.... ive pulled it from the room and clipped all infected fan leaves... is she fahqued? (about one and a half weeks from the knife that one, she is...)

I am a hard core hydro guy but after reading hours and hours of your info I would like to folllow your program to a "T" for max results in soil and organic techniques. thanx for you experience and help

Will neem kill the fungus gnats in a rez? I've looked everywhere and saw one post that it can be used in a rez but never gave amounts per gallon. I'm going to order some gnatrol but till then I was just wondering if it was beneficial... if you still read this thread please reply..

We just crush up mosquito dunks and add a little ever couple of weeks, works well for standing water too. Got away from this thread for a while becuase of being so busy in CO but will be on for at least the winter(hate the cold) now that things have leveled out here.
