Arizona strains

Hey fellow Medical Arizona growers. I figured I'd start a thread where we talked about what strains we are growing!

Currently I've got Bubba 76', Emerald Jack, and Pineapple Kush vegging.

I want some of the Pineapple kush.....BADLY. gonna grow some from seed...good luck.

In the mother room right now, there is.
Blue Dream, Super Lemon Haze, Super Silver Haze, Sour D, SFV OG, Sensi Star, Headband, and Earth OG

So many strains! C'mon Arizonians show us what you've got. ^_^

I am currently flowering Super Girl from Nirvana, but I am not going to keep the strain though.

I just cracked:

Dairy Queen - UK Cheese X Romulan X Cindy 99

u guys in AZ must all use air conditioners out there in the grow rooms, the weather is horrendous, talk about brutal heat,LOL

Yeah, the heat can be rough. Not bad to manage once you get a handle on your ventlation though. As far as AC goes, I just had a new unit installed so it's a cool 76 degrees in the house and 82 max in my tents.

ya same here, i sit at 82-84 during the days. But FUCK its hot outside. Just got back form a Sonoran hotdog run and im sweaty as hell...... PLZ WINTER hasten your arrival.

I only run my lights at night. Except the crossover with vegging but those lights aren't a problem. Yeah they rooms have dedicated AC units.

I keep my house at 74 degrees so temps are not an issue

I curious about the SharksBreath. Have you grown it before or are you doing a journal?

Have two Russian Rocket Fuels (Auto Fems) both DWC, A male Snow Ryder that will be the dad for one of the Autos so there is always bud available. One DinaFem Blue Widow that is a couple days old in a Dixie cup still and a Dutch Mazar that I hope will give forth some sweet clones along with the BW when the time comes all in a Jardin 120 tent with a Black Star 240 panel and a 400 CMH Phillips Retro White in a radiant 6" reflector to a new Sun Leaves wind tunnel 6" fan straight to exhaust outside. Intake is a vortex 4' direct tap off from an AC vent also directly above the tent. Odor control is handled later by the 6 x 24 Phresh 550CFM filter hanging as high as the tent would allow. I still have issues on the DWC setup have to get some thru hull connectors and make some hole for a recirculating setup. But multi strains may dictate a coco grow and just get a couple of mothers together and then start grafting onto the strongest so I will have variety but stay within my prescribed limits.

Here are a few photos of my set-up. I have added a 400W HPS which serve two additional plants. I am currently 33 days into flowere and just took some additional photos last night - will post soon. For my first grow, i am pleased, but at the same time don't know what to expect. Good luck and as an FYI Bird Gymnastics really seems to know his stuff and has been a great resource.

With that ventilation system jj, I would get those plants WAY closer to that light. Closer the better if the hood is being cooled. As long as you can put your hand between the light and the top of the plant for 30 seconds+ and it's not too hot on your hand the plants will be fine... Move the light up or the plants down as they grow. 12 - 18 inches and it will make a noticeable difference in your yield...

I agree with ayenull. I can run my plants as close as 6 inches away from my 1000w. I don't do it but I always can. Ha ha anyways as for me right now:
