Hey guys, Second grow on the go here, growing in soil under cfl lighting (not one bulb over 30 wats) growing an Ak47 and a randow seed from Dutch Passion.
Above are pictures of the Ak in all its glory, been flowering for 57 days today, for awhile now the top cola seems finished, pistils receeded back on to bud and growth seems to have slowed....checked trich's with my microscope, firstly jus over the light and all of them looked clear, i then read somewhere ya have to put the sample for checking over white paper, so did that and i could see actual trichs on top of the leaf instead of jus the edges and the trich's looked cloudy but no amber. If anyone has any input please chip in your 2 cents!! Im inclined to cut er down this monday, as the buds look ready, and the fact im also battlin spider mites, so far they seem under control, but heard they can literally explode in numbers within days. My cola also, due to my light riggin seems to have gotten a bit stressed or summit, cuz it feels almost dry to the touch at the minute, can the bud get heat stressed?? Perhaps i wasnt feeding it enough water or the plant isnt taking as much in.
