Are they Ready?

Hello all, I'm Fairly new here ( Been a wallflower),and this is only my second post. I was hoping to get some input on my first MMJ crop. It consists of AK47, Eds super bud x MTF, Grapefruit diesel and Sour Diesel. Using my new toy, the Eyeclops Bionicam , I was able to get some shots of my ladies at 200x magnification. I'm still learning to use this thing, but I feel like I got some decent shots. I'm at day 44 of flowering and was hoping to get some honest & educated opinions on time until harvest for each strain.

Keep in mind that this is a medical marijuana crop, and the buds will be used for pain management, so I will be looking for more of a "Couch-Lock" effect when medicating.

Your buds have a minute still untill they are done to the point that they keep you from leaving the couch...sour diesel seems to be the most mature outta the bunch, when harvesting buds that will give couch lock you are gonna want the trichromes to be very amber almost red in color, usually you want to harvest when the trichromes turn amber but the longer you let them go the more knockdown power the smoke has due to the fact another chemicle is more prevelent, i would definitly wait untill the buds are very mature, that will guarentee the desired effect

the grapefruit looks like it will finish first. the rest id say wait a couple more weeks. let em go for another week or 2 and then check the trichomes again, if they are 60% amber, then ur good to go.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I'm going to let them go as far as I can. They will have been in flower 60 days on the 27th. I will start looking every few days. The wait is terrible, but it looks like it will be worth it. Time for these girls to pack on some more weight! For those interested, I will be updating this thread with more pics as time goes by.

The ESB x MTF looks the farthest along and I figure 2 to 5 days before harvest and I feel the Grapefruit Diesel isn't far behind. I'm really looking forward to reaping the fruits of my labor in growing my first Medical crop:weed:

the sour diesel and the grapefruit look like the ones that are closest to harvesting man...do u see the amber in the trichomes?

Yes I saw them, But I felt that the amber to milky ratio was only about 20%. also, I'm basing the ESB x MTF harvest time on additional videos that weren't posted in an effort to keep Roll it uppers from pucking their guts out (still a little bit too shaky with the microscope, i'm afraid).
