Are These Good Fixtures and Bulbs to Veg With?

These are the fixtures I ended up going with (below) to veg with and I also got the compatible 6500K, 85 CRI, 32W, 2800 Lumen, T8 tubes. You think they will be good? The fixture is very reflective metallic. It was by far the fixture that reflected the most light at the Home Depot's I went to. Do you think it may reflect too much light? Is the only way to be sure is to get a light meter?

yes they will work. home depot sells t5 twin strips 4ft long for 35 bucks and they come with 30k bulbs. 65k availabe online or your local electric supply. they are not the high output ones, they are 28 watt bulbs put they put out the same lumes per watt as the 54 watt versions. you have to assemble and wire them yourself. i use 12 strips (24) bulbs to veg and supliment my hid's when flowering. they also dont get as hot as 54 watt ones the plants will acually rap around the bulbs if you not looking.
