Are my seedlings weird?

Their like half a inch out of the soil and their all white.
One has a tiny tiny bit of green on it and the top looks like half a circle and I think theres only half a embryo.
But the problem is are they supposed to be white?
And should I put it in the light now or wait till their green?
idk im just worrying too much I guess.

here's the other two and they are white too, but I think they might do good.

Brother the moment u see that lil beauty poke its lil head out it sould already be under lights..and then just gice it some time..give it another day or so..she should be fine..

Well if they don't get light when they come out, they have no light to give them the color they need..

Ok I get it now, I'll have to give them alot more light since all I have over it is 25 watts.
