Hey guys first time grower here I've gone for 14 autos 10 white widow 4 critical mass... I'm growing in soil using 11ltre pots I started them
Off from seed and they were put straight into those big pots.... the light schedule for the first week as there only a week old has been 24/7 light with 2 4 hour breaks on two of the 7 days as I thought they could with a rest as I had been beaming some light on them.... anyways they started straight under a 250wAtt cfl for the firs day then I added a 250wAtt hps just for bit of extra light they only goes on for 18 hours a day and CFL stays on for the 24 feel like to much light intestinty could hurt them..... sorry if I'm
Going on I'm pretty high right now haha... anyways the question is are they ready for there first feed at a week old I was only
Going to give them "take root" and a baby bit at that, also one of the plants you can see the leaves are curling up why is that happening it's really getting on my tits as the rest seem
To be growing fine anyways guys any help

If they're getting light green on the new growth then feed them, but start off lightly with the nutes. They look like they're alright for now, but that could change in a day or two.

If i was me, I'd go ahead and start feeding, depending on the medium you're using. I used to use a peat mix, and by this stage i would've been feeding. Ive since moved towards hydro, and I'm feeding my seedlings that are younger than yours. But thats me, you are you. Learning your own way is the only way.

Do you know what type of soil or potting mix you're using? Some mixes can last a plant through a month or so, other mixes need fertilization from the beginning.

Your lights should be on the same schedule.

Looks like you're doing a great job!

knock of the light breaks, your plant does not want breaks like you do. pick up a grow bible for best results.
good luck they look like a good start

Thanks mate first time doing this so was nervous as hell at even starting them from seeds...I've read a few things to get me started as didn't wanna be in the dark.... it's just things like
Scrog and other shit I'm trying to learn I know it's gonna be hard to produce a good yield from
Autos so I spent £140 on feed and a lot more on equipment but I just want them to grow well for my first time and I'll be happy...... so you would feed them now just a very little see how they take I'll check my ph when I add it to see if it makes
It rise a lot... I'm using Cana soil I'll upload a pic it has perlite and other shit as well
I think but thanks for the reply man any help is fucking great bro

Thanks mate so no more light break I know autos can grow with 24/7 but I read that plants also grow with a rest break but I'll lay off the light breaks then keep them

played with veg times for a decade. have stuck with 24 hour light for all mine, probably not because I like to spend more money on electricity though....

Looks like canna terra has some stuff in it to last for a bit. It is peat based, which means it will naturally be more acidic, due to the nature of peat bogs. When i grew in peat, i pHed to around 6ish, when i pHed at all.

So, they are probably fine not getting fed quite yet, but it will happen soon enough. I like to push them sometimes :-)

Watch for light green growth in the growth tips, or other general signs of them losing their green-ness.

Happy growing!

Its best to watch the plants. The NEW growth will change to a light green when they're getting hungry. At this stage, and with those size pots relative to the size of the plants, it might take a week or more, i dunno, ive never used canna terra.

Dont overwater them, dont baby them too much. Just let them do their thing...

If you are learning, maybe when you decide to fertilize you can continue water only on 2 or 3 plants and compare how they develop. If the ones getting water only start to fade in any way you can easily get them back on coarse by feeding them and it could be a valuable lesson.

Not feeding the rest as they seriously look fine and not in need of feed for 5-7 days I'm

I like that you are patient. Maybe when you feed in the days ahead, if they are still looking healthy, you can pick one to give water only to see if it remains healthy without nutes.

Yeah I try my best not to worry to much about them so I don't start freaking out.... yeah that sounds a good idea to just leave one with nothing but water see if it remains healthy.... so should I not be worried about its leaves turning up in that pic?? It looks deformed in way haha

Seedlings can take on weird looks and sometimes be distorted and there is nothing to do except wait and they usually grow out of it. If it was all of them it would be a concern, but if it is a small % of the plants and the rest are healthy it will probably grow out of it.

This one I knew was deformed from birth and I never expected it to recover. "About A Gram" is what I am hoping to yield. I'm curious how it will smoke.

Hey guys thought seeing as it's been few days I'd comment I have expanded my grow room I know why the fuck am I doing that when everything is perfect it's because I have decided to add another 20 this week they will be going in Wednesday...... the 14 plants that are now 2 weeks old are doIng great there leaves started to curl up and I fixed the problem soon realised it was to much dry air and summat to do with moisture it was only happening to 3 plants so moved the fans about and put white sheet just above the soil to keep moisture in and stop the light penetrating the soil as much and only
Working on the plant anyways guys new pics of plants and grow room are at bottoM still need to add 3 lights this week and some more shit I just expanded it
