Are they? I don't remember where or what i read but i read something that now has imprinted the impression on me that Advanced Nutrients are not the same anymore and got bought out or something??

Are they still the good nutrients that they used to be?

I would like to know the same. I was looking at ordering their grow, micro, and bloom for $38. I've searched here at riu and it seems to be mixed reviews with more leaning towards they're overpriced and not that great. Reviews on amazon are good though. I also read here that supposedly a lot of Cali growers use it. Quite a few people seem to like Dyna grow. I've looked into it as well but seem to be torn between the 2. I just want something basic that I can help along if I see fit. Maybe you'll get a more definitive answer than mine. Maybe both of us will. That's the best I can tell you though. Good luck

Dynagro. It's cheap, easy, and potent.
Doin Hydro ? Go DynaGro they invented hydro nutes for NASA to grow plants in space and has all 16 elements in one bottle

Doin dirt or peat ? Go Jack's Citrus FeED for Veg and Aquagold Finisher for flower , Dat's right Jack's made a nute for MJ 8)

Even if they are good, why would you put faith into a company that will try to tell you that you need more than 10 bottles. It's marketed overpriced hoopla.

There's also a thread titled nutrients under general marijuana growing. Good info there.

Everyone really has sold me on this dynagro. How does it do in soil? Read up some on jacks today also. Wish I could afford all 3 and compare. Lol

It does really well in soil as well. I prefer to use Jack's outside simply because I don't like futzing with syringes and shit outside. I put a concentrate solution of Jack's in my hose-end mixer and spray. I'm about to try a siphon mixer and may go back to DG. But they both work very well

Got my order today from attitudes b-day promo. Went to local nursery and got my promix bx, and I asked what they had for fertilizers, low and behold jacks classic. It was $7.99 for 8oz container, figured why not lol

AN works but its really over priced, you can get some jacks or maxibloom for much less and it does the same exact thing. They don't have anything special in those bottles, just more water than the dry products.

Thanks guys, i'll look for a different brand. Dynagrow is getting a lot of recommendations. I know botanicare and GH are good too. I've heard that Canna is now shit. I heard they changed something up and its got A LOT of salt build up now. Any one confirm this?

AN is one of the cheapest nutrients sold locally. I'm very happy with their pH-perfect Sensi coco, and had good results with the Jungle Juice micro and bloom (lucas formula).

General Hydroponics is a Monsanto company.

No, they are not. GH was purchased by scotts. Scotts packages and distributes roundup for monsanto. Gh isn't a monsanto company and neither is scotts.

Monsanto is the parent company of Scotts, who bought GH. Therefore GH=Monsanto. Monsanto is a conglomerate that owns hundreds of small companies under their corporate name. Fuck monsanto.
