I got six seeds out of the bud I hit with the pineapple chunk fem pollen....
I also hit the very bottom branch with sour diesel x endless sky Male pollen.. I'm waiting on 100 or more of these seeds to ripen .... Hit her kinda later then I normally do..

As of two days ago I switched from. 11/13 to 9/15. I was impressed and inspired by a member who is using a 8/ 16 schedule for flowering.. .
I have really small balls so I couldn't bring my timer to 8/16 yet.. Lol.. That one hour.. However I'm only doing this with my personal plants.

I'll be up dating this thread again soon.. I have a shitload of train wreck seeds and train wreck x pineapple chunk and t.w. x supergirl seeds I'll be hunting through.. I thinking with in the next week or so I'll be popping a few of each to get started.. My women picked up an extra patient so she'll have an extra 12 plants to help with the pheno hunt..

cool, i'm in...

i have a strain i created and am working with called sour wreck (trainwreck x sour diesel).

i have backcrossed two different phenos from the F1's back to the father, sour diesel.

plan on hitting these F1's with some bogglegum and blue moonshine pollen in about 2-3 weeks.

need to grow out some of my back crosses also to see if i have shortened the TW nodes at all, lol...

Not to throw off the conversation, but...

Does anyone know the best Trainwreck genetics available as seed?
I'm not sure .. I've only played with doctor green thumbs train wreck.. I was thinking of giving greenhouses train wreck a try years ago but opted out. . I was reading some bad reviews on them from buyer's getting the wrong orders but labeled as what they purchased .. I bet if you asked this question in the seed and strain reviews forum you would get a lot more info in regards of who has the best to date.

View attachment 3579726 Hopefully I didnt fuck up, ive been havin issues with the foxfarm mix , plant #1 I transplanted to a three gallon pot. I planted it in the promix, I knocked off as much of the old soil trying not to damage any roots, the added perlite made it abit easier, I got about a heavy quarter of the original soil out. The roots were nice and healthy but the leaves look like ph or lockout,View attachment 3579741
Fox farm is normally hot , also they have a poor batch consistency.
The pH will be way off. If I were you I would always garden lime soil. Especially fox fox farms

I would always garden lime soil no matter what. Especially fox farms.
Or any growing media similar to it such as coco.garden lime will pH ballanced the soil to seven and will not let it go above that. Plus you have extra calcium with it.
You pH you food to around 5.6 and it will raise the pH in it up to seven driving through all the ranges it uptakes it's micro and macro nutes at.
Next time you water or feed at 5.6 the pH will drift back up to seven again through going through all the ranges the plant uptakes it's micro and macro nutes at.

Garden lime is only like 6 bucks in many places for a 40 to 50 lb bag.
No matter who makes the soil add it to it.
Or peat moss or Coco . It's cheap and doesn't take a lot in the mix. Maybe a cup in a bag of dirt is good

Sorry brother, I think I have seen you on here long ago, but I tend to be thorough for a couple of reasons. One is for those who do not know what I am talking about who is reading the post.
Its all good bro.. No need to say sorry.. I do appreciate your input... I see you here and there helping folks and you seem knowledgeable about growing.. Nice to see that..

Who would you stay away from/recommend?
Definitely stay away from mirical gro.. Especially the organic blend.. Happy frog I've always found it to be loaded with fungus gnats but I believe I had read some where they are addressing the issue by using a fungus gnat predators of some kind.. I forget what kind .. Its not to bad of soil.. Just around here it's buggy..
Royal gold basement blend is what I've grown to like .. It's pretty good... Just ordered a few bags ...
