Appealing banned members for reinstatement

Hello everybody, I am new to this forum but i did join on behalf of another member who was banned. His screename was MobTies and he lives on the west coasrt and i live on the east coast. without going into long details, I wish to enact some sort of system so that banned members have a chance to appeal their decision. He was suddenly banned for some unknown reason and is now forced to communicate with this forum via long distance. He needs the help of this site just as much as everyone else who uses it. There should be a way that decent members who were banned should get a chance to redeem themselves or at least receive a legitimate answer from the person who booted them. I do not believe it is your right to judge people based on your own decision and then ban them for life. Please rethink your actions. i would greatly appreciate a reply from those who are "in charge" here. Thank you and god bless.

thats not how it works here

How does it work? He did not do ANYTHING wrong and yet he got the boot! This is supposed to be a forum based around a mutual love for growing and he is a disabled war veteran who desperately needs the help of this forum to alleviate the side effects of his pain killers. how is it fair to deny someone help?

Nope. He started a thread that made a point to all the new people that responses are not always guaranteed. Then i guess people took it as a personal attack and he got the boot (i think). He told me all of this last night but i couldnt keep up with all of it. Here is the link to the thread. Please read it without bias or predjudice and you will see that he did not do anything wrong. https://www.rollitup.org/introduce-yourself/223480-attn-noobs-do-not-expect.html

Yes, he can be a bit brash but he was a combat vet! Seriously, how many combat vets does the average person know? they say what needs to be said and get things done. they speak up for the little guy and i believe thats what he did. he did not point any fingers. it was more of a broad realization in his words.

Looks a little confrontational to me.

Most of these people really piss me off because they think they are gods of growing. Everyone had to start at the beginning sometime and they all act as if they are too good to help us. I had to post several times over a period of a few weeks, just to get a freaking response from somebody and they replied with the same smart ass remark "do some research and browse the forums before you start asking noob questions". FUCK YOU PEOPLE WHO SAY THAT!!!!!
Im not here to cause any problems, but i do tend to want to speak out for the little guy who can't get his voice heard over the pathetic pukes who run this dictatorship.

when i started i didnt even post for months...i just read hours upon hours of past threads and info. you would be lucky to post and have 1 person respond. after months and months you become a familiar face and people build friendships. it takes time to get to know people.

i have to say i agree, his original post was more out of frustration from dealing with people who took time out only to be an ass when it wasn't necessary.

many people here experienced what he mentioned also.

he never insulted anyone personally and his point was valid. i think he deserves another chance.

Thank you!

You all have made very valid points. Just because ive known him for so long, i think i can safely say he probably did say a few things out of anger or frustration. Opiates do tend to mess with your emotions from time to time, not to mention the actual pain that you are in... But i also believe that he realized what he had said in the beginning was a little too confrontational and he made a point to clear up any confusion or bad vibes. I believe that all people should get a second chance...
