aphid problem

hi
ive got aphid on my sativa, soil. im 3 weeks 12/12. i read many posts about it but wanted to know if someone had this problem in a very bushy staiva. mine is very bushy and thers no way i can reach all the leafs, i also used lst so now u see only leafs 1/3 up
is there a good known way for this girl?
