Anyone here ever used normal pot with a lid to sterilize your cakes?

Need some tips please.

It works fine.. Only ever had a few cakes go bad and I think it was the syringe

BRF cakes at an hour in a normal pot. Been awhile but I think that's right lol. If you use WBS or any other grain then it requires a PC to kill any foreign spores.

You can also pan fry em.
