Just from the looks of pistils (the white hairs), I'd say no. I usually don't even consider looking at the thrichomes until about half of the pistils are orange. The only way to get the answer you're looking for is by looking at the trichomes (the little crystals). I wouldn't start flushing until you find out the color of them. They should at least be 50% clear and 50% cloudy. That one time of straight water isn't bad though, it will probably help because it will get any nutrient build-up on the roots off of them. Go get yourself a mini light up handheld microscope from radio shack. They are about $12 and can zoom from 100X-400X. Look at your trichomes and that will give you the advice you're seeking.

If I were you I would go back on the nutes until you notice that the trichs are mostly cloudy and a few of them are amber and then start your flush. Personally, I dont think you need to flush for 2 weeks. I think you'll be fine with doing a good flush, then giving them a little molasses for some energy, then do another flush a couple of days later, and then you can let them go a couple without water.
