Anyone have a Ebb and Flow DIY set up that I can emulate?

Trying to avoid getting a chiller do Ebb and Flow looks the most promising. Thanks.

Buy a cement tub mixer from home depot online store for $8 and an ebb and flow fittings kit on ebay/amazon. Build a frame from pvc. Done.
