Anyone Ever Smoke Purple Haze?

I have a friend bringing over an oz of some purple haze, and I would like to know if anyone has had any experience with it, because I like to know what I'm going to be smoking beforehand.

Its More or less a pure satava. I just grew one Smoking it now. I LOVE it. Depending on how it was grown its a very strong heady high. Everyone that has smoked it loves it for its very positive up high. They all say it remindes them of how they felt when they first started smoking.

I'm fairly certain the strain is long gone to time (either that or it was just a generic term for purps). Most of anything called purple haze is just what either people think purple haze would be or just marketing hype for an otherwise nameless purple strain.

I LOVE IT!!!
I've had 2 different batches, both great, but one was much greener (only had a little bit of purple on the buds) than the other one...
Both were awesome though!
Unfortunately, I didn't grow it, so for all I know it could have been anything that someone called "purple haze".... But I've had my share of good bud, and this was GOOD BUD!

just saying; most people don't know that, which is why we have hazes called purple haze.

Toking some (more) now. It is a pure sativa with skinny leaves that has purple / violet bud, very heady. I dont know about what you are growing / smoking but this the real deal and it rocks especially good to Irie Reggae! Yes I!! So I and I call it Purple Irie Bud!!! Rasta!
