Dont wanna rain on anyones parade...

Let me make one thing clear...

Having a green card does not make it 100% legal to grow Mary Jane...

The feds can still bring ya down.

And if the city busts your door down, the green card will help ya out, but sometimes it wont.

You can still go to jail for growing.

Do the research, you'll see that Im right.

At this point you have very little to worry about from the fed's. So long as you follow the guide lines for growing you have very little to worry about from the local cop's. Your right the card is only a peice of paper. they can still bust you if they have any reason. the card will help out in court.

yes you can still go to jail for growing and the card may not work but if it dont and you have your card call THCF and let them know and they can help you out

Yes I know ClosetGrowth there are always risks to growing.. It is 100% legal within the guidelines and no fed is coming to rain down 15 plants imo and that would be more than enough..

MJ is 100% illegal growing is 100% illegal. But in med states the courts are not going after someone growing or using under the guide lines.

Yea, im sure as long as you follow the guidelines, the chances of getting in trouble is slim.. I just wanted to point this out.

Occasionally I hear these newbies saying Im legal fuckem'!!

Im gonna stink out the whole neighborhood...who cares! hahaa!

Yes haha I know what you mean... No matter what it is illegal under federal law but if you dont go blabbing or talking shit about the government on every single cannabis documentary out there (Like Marc Emery) and are within state guidelines you are probably chill.. And obviously it would just be rude to stink up someones neighborhood especially with kids etc. so in any case carbon filters etc. should be applied

It basically says all the legal stuff the cops need to know for when/if they kick the door in. It's what you post on the door of your grow along with:
copy of patient's letter of authorization
copy of patient's WSDL/ID
copy of caregivier's WSDL/ID
copy of Designated prover authorization from paitient
copy of RCW 69.51A
and it strongly encourages them to review all documentaion before taking action

look for the cheapest clinic. cost me 200.00 thats about the going rate for a doc visit without ins.

yes it was cbr I did mine in the tri citys. just call them. they will send you paper work to get started then they call with a appt. it was a group thing at a hotel. they come in as soon as they have enough peeps to set it up.

I don't know if you've gotten you're authorization at all yet, but another good group to go through is Sentry Medical, they are based in Lynwood right now www.sentrymedicalgroup.org

I'm not affiliated with them. However, that is who I get my State Authorization from. I've never had any problems, and the President, Steve Sarich is a bulldog in the MMJ field.

The guy I saw is all for mj to treat asthma. It's one of the things I got mine for. My other doc just laughed and said any smoke is bad for your lungs. So I asked about just eating or vapeing. He had no answer for that. He said he didn't know. The mj is ok. I use the inhaler much less but there are times I still need it.

The CBR clinic out of Spokane. Spokane number 509 242 8624 DR. Said. I also have other stuff going on. On the bright side If they don't give you a card they don't charge you.

If I ever make MMJ headlines, I wouldn't mind making the same headlines as Sarich. Firing on some pussies trying to rob him. I'd shake his hand if I could. Steve, if you read this - you've got the official Mr Green Lungz Stamp of Approval :joint:
