I have been sitting back listening to everyone here pontificate there knowledge of prop 203 and the regulations. Yes, I have read them with each revision and changes. I have my interpretations and a firm experience from being in trouble in my youth on the criminal side as well as a lot of business experience in my old age on the civil side.

However this is one of the games that the rules are not being followed and I want to get some real answers instead of a forum argument. So if you have used a layer to defend yourself and actually thought he was good (competent there is no such thing as a good one) let me know. I really would rather stay away from the consiglieri group. While I think they have been an advocate and a stick in Brewer and Humbles keister; I also thinik they hurt more than they help.

Not sure who posted it in another thread but it was something along the lines of the TPD are not bothering to arrest people in Tucson. I want to make this very clear they are.

Obviously they are still arresting ILLEGAL marijuana cases. But i have NEVER seen LEGAL mmj getting in any sort of trouble in Tucson... As long as you are legal the cops let you go.
I have found TPD VERY respectful of my MMJ card...... i was walking my dog and had some weed in my bag and some cop smelled it, stopped me.....checked my card..asked me TONS of questions about it (which i respectfully declined to answer) Then said have a nice day sir...

Never had a problem, or heard of anyone having a problem...and i know TONS of growers, MMJ people here in Tucson through Az4Norml..never heard of one issue that didnt involve ILLEGAL activities.

I looked him up. He is phx not tucson and worse he must have lost his domain because now you go to his site and it loads some malware that will ruin your operating system. Once clicking on it it instalss "Security Shield" through a javaq script.

I have removed this particular malware from clients computers numerous times with only a re-install as an answer. I did not do a restart so it could get its hooks in and I removed it with out problem. However a typical end user would be screwed after the first restart.

No Problem man not your fault. However I am now noticing a trend after calling around:

The one above and one other lawyers listed as MJ are out of business. Only Tucson Lawyer listed on AzNormal does not want anything to do with it. I think the lawyers are afraid due to this story

Hector A. Montoya, 48, who was taken into custody at his office, was among more than two dozen people arrested this week in an investigation targeting the suspected ring. Authorities say the group negotiated with Mexican marijuana suppliers and Jamaican smugglers to bring up to $1 million worth of marijuana into Tucson-area stash houses every day.

Investigators with the multi-agency Counter Narcotics Alliance believe Montoya "knowingly provided services that forwarded the illegal activities" of the ring through his position as an attorney, said Sgt. Judy Altieri, a Tucson Police Department spokeswoman.

Provided legal advice as a lawyer hmmm. I even wonder now if the doctors are going to be afraid so no one gets the reccomendation. That would be fine I will keep all of my cards and if busted will say I tried to do it legally.

FUCKING FUCK FUKERS!!! All so they can release Sativex and the pharmaceuticals can rape us!!! After all it has no medical value unless big business has it!!!
