Anxiety

In my opinion, smoking pot can only make your anxiety or panic attack worst. Unless you are chronic The only way pot will ever relax me is smoking many joints a day and having a tolerance to it so that when I smoke I dont get anxiety.

If I go without smoking for more than a few days, I dont like the high anymore. This has a lot to do with personalities and strength of mind, but everybody is different and pot is very potent.

I think that tinctures are a very effective way to cope with stress though, and very easy to dose. I am only starting to experiment with them, but here is something funny that happened to me yesterday. I was helping friends painting their new house, I was doing the ceilings, my neck got so bloody sore and I had some tincture on hand, I rubbed it on my neck, and I got high!! I am not sure it helped the pain all that much, I was so excited that I had gotten high that it took my mind off of the pain until I was done. Today my neck isnt too sore...

The high you get from tinctures is different, tinctures have a bright future for people that dont like the paranoia associated with smoking. This is from my experience so far so dont quote me on this.

Hi guys, I have a head injury similar to Rick Simpson which is how I found out that cannabis is medicine. I came across info about how it helped RS with his Migraines, Anxiety , and well all the same things that I was dealing with. I tried it and it worked SO well that I'm off EVERY medicine except cannabis. Anyone that knows anything about head injures will understand how many pills they throw at you. I am grateful every day that I found cannabis. I am on my quest to find the 2 main varieties ( daytime and nightime) that will help me the most. Peace all

Are you ingesting it or smoking it ? My prospective patient also has severe closed head injuries and I was curious how you take your rso. I know a guy who makes his own but he smokes it... He's the only one I know who does that.

I make my own, I take it orally and I smoke it, Vape it mainly but when the anxiety is overpowering I smoke the errl and find my center. I can't really say that I am back to normal by any means but it really helps to keep my day on track and productive, without cannabis I stay in bed allot. And I'm off their Pharma...

Yeah I've actually had some pretty bad anxiety attacks after smoking, I always think I'm having a heart attack and my thoughts are basically a downward spiral. It's definitely not a fun experience, but I've noticed it doesn't happen when smoking indicas.

Anxiety and depression here as well. medicated with alcohol for 8 years. lost 3 jobs, got 2 DUI's (one for sleeping in the car while it was running) and picked up a bad ass addiction to alcohol. Then i found weed, no more meds. 1 year alcohol and tobacco free now (smoked for 8 years) and life is not shitty anymore.

I would make edibles with my herb and that changed my mood significantly. also if you live up north like i do, you can suffer from S A D or Seasonal Affective Disorder. It is when you do not receive enough natural white light (i worked 7pm to 7am way up north. so i slept through what little light we had)

Quit my job, going back to school and growing marijuana now to support myself.

There is no other plant that can help me with addiction and support me financially while i get my life back on track.
