Another problem

I have been in Flower Cycle for about a month I was using CFL's for flower and recently changed to HPS I didmt want to spend the money but finally did now my plant has stalled, my liught is suspended about 15" from the top of the plant, my temp at the top of the plant is 76-77 degrees almost constantly the fan leaves look to be dried and wilting but the regular leaves are bright green and getting bigger at the base. any ideas?

Fan leaves get like that during flower probably because the lower leaves arent getting much light. If you can pull them off gently with your fingers or hand then do so all they are doing is taking up precious light. In flower just about every other day or so i was pulling off dead fan leaves.
