Another Nirvana order no show!

Well I placed my first seed order with Nirvana and based it off of the majority of reviews stating how good their customer service was and so on and so on. Well I am here to tell you that it's NOT TRUE!

I placed my order on Sept. 1/10 and as of this writing have still not received anything. I sent my first Help Desk ticket 5 days ago asking them to look into the issue.

Their response... please be patient and they closed the help desk ticket.

So I have now sent another help desk ticket requesting they either resend the order or refund my money. If they do neither I will file a charge back with my CC company and get my money back that way. No way do I hold to this kind of crap... if you pay for it they should ship it and have a way to prove they shipped it.. tracking number or something at the very least. Beyond that we are just taking THEIR word that the order was sent which is complete BS in my opinion.

My review... Customer service sucks... prices are good * if you ever get the product* can't comment on viability as I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER! Over all.... stay away from Nirvana... I can't believe RIU allows them to advertise on this forum after the bad customer service and order no shows that are going on!

yeah i am starting to wonder about my order it was placed on the 11th of sept not sure how long it takes to ship to us but as of now i havent received anything as well either and according to their website and my account dashboard on their site it has shipped as of the 12th of sept.. i will be bummed if it never shows.

i know this doesn't help you guys but the last 3 or 4 times i ordered i got them within a week

Yea their shipping leaves something to be desired... I for one will be making a point of letting everyone know of the crappy service I have received from Nirvana and their so called best in the industry customer service. I have family over there and have sent and received packages from Amsterdam on a regular basis with no issues or huge time delays like I am experiencing with Nirvana. The longest I have ever waited for a package from over there is 13 days and that was held up by customs for 2 of those days... So whats the problem Nirvana.... if you can't service your customers then get off these forums until you address the issue! Plain and simple...

Placed an Order on the 9th, shipped like a week later... The 16th i think... Their Site says average 1-2 weeks after they've sent them out... Hopefully I'll get them tomorrow. Probably not, kind of wishing I went to Attitude, at least they throw in freebies.

I had the same experience with Nirvana. No show no refund no replacement. I'll never order from them again. I've ordered from Attitude about eight times now:leaf:

I ordered about a month ago on a weekend during rasberry cough weekend whopper deal and got my order in 13days, 6 seeds were cracked so I informed them of the situation and they re-sent my order and I just got it yesterday, so I cant complain. That was my first time ever using Nirvana, Ive always went with attitude, but a friend of mine wanted the cough so I went ahead and ordered from Nirvana, even though attitude carries all their beans so if nothing else just use attitude. Ive had close to 30orders without any problems, always recieved my order within 2wks, Attitude will always have my business, but I cant say anything bad about Nirvana. Happy growing to every1, peace!

Well lets see.... NO... but when they shipped out a package it actually arrived in a timely manner unlike Nirvana's shipments... so when Nirvana says it's shipped out that means it should arrive here in the same timely manner should it not? Hell I order shit from China all the time and it gets here quicker and they have one of the worst postal systems in the world.... whats Nirvana's excuse.... I'm busy... BS...

Nirvana is one of the busiest seed shops open. They also have to contend with Customs. Their service is fantastic and above all else. They only close tickets if you open them before allowing 10 days to pass, which tells me the OP is a pissed off boy who expects everything in his mailbox 1-2 days after paying for it.

NEWS ALERT: You are ordering MARIJUANA seeds, not a fucking pizza. The reason they don't give freebies is because they sell the cheapest seeds so they don't have to.

Hope everyone gets what they order. Don't use stupid false names, or friends addresses and then get pissed when you have problems. I have ordered from Nirvana about 4 times and have had zero problems, just slow delivery.

NEWS ALERT: Ranting and Raving on the internet gets you nowhere! You get your point across much better with out all the "Fuckings" and name callings... Not trying to be a dick or anything but it seems you were.

Well contrary to your opinion I waited past 14 days to file my first ticket, I wasn't looking for freebies either there pal just what I paid for. Customs has nothing to do with the order beyond when it gets to the receiving country. And yes I expect some sort of delay when it comes to customs inspecting packages.. would be stupid not to. As for false names or addresses ... not here ... I'm 100% legal so I don't need to... I just want what I paid for in a reasonable amount of time plain and simple. To not receive anything to date or even proof of shipping like is offered by other companies is BS... they are quick enough to take your cash though so why can't I expect a certain level of service in exchange? Seems only fair now doesn't it...
 
first time I ordered from nirvana was when the volcano's had all the airlines down, Took over a month,but I still got it,next order was here within 10 days. Maybe they didn't have the seeds you wanted in stock, maybe it got held up in customs, maybe the shipping guy hurt his wrist packing your seeds and got rushed to the hospital. maybe they ran out of yellow packing wallets.lol Like the other guy's said, relax and if after 30 days you get nothing,then raise some hell.

I ordered AK-48 on August 13th and received them around September 1st.

I've never had a problem. I highly recommend them.

not exactly worried as to the whole shipping seeds thing, just started wondering when i saw others complain about the service, i am not exactly in a rush either as i am slowly finishing up this grow, imho they can take another month rofl, got atleast left on this one. plus i kind of dig the points system, think i got enough points to pay for some more seeds. does attitude do a points type thing or you just get freebies in every order?
