I love this CK,yields are great and it came out at 25.7% THC when I had it tested. These CXA's are the real deal, watt for watt this yield will blow away any previous one Ive had by a large margin and I've been running it for at least 1 1/2 years and yes the bottom buds are solid. I plan on cutting the large stuff on top and giving the bottom half some more time, these big buds block a lot of light.
Wow now I really wish I kept my ck lol, but i buy beans all the time, almost grabbed more ck this last "halloweed" promo but got chocoloco for my wife lol. Anyways back on the cxa topic, you pulled 514 grams off of 388 watts draw, yea I'd say they are the real deal. obviously you have yourself a winner pheno on all accounts to boot.. but that kind of yield I'd have to get an elbow a plant on my current run with (3) 860 watt cmh plus red led ufo supplements hahahaha not gonna happen lol maybe more like 9-10 zips per max

Ok thanks for the info Cap, don't want to clog your thread up....I don't want to run too much harder than 1400 ma if at all so maybe 12 > 4 rows of 3 cxa or vice versa
That's what this thread is for. That total of 388 watts is at 1400 ma and includes the drivers, fan PSU and the cooler fans for 6 CXA 3070 Z4 3000k COBs. It's in a 11.25 sq/ft cabinet so that's like 34.5 watts a sq/ft.

considering that you still need a heatsink and maybe a fan on the hot side to get rid of the heat (all it does is move heat from one side to the other side.) how is this more usefull than a fat slug of copper or aluminum ?
Those are miniature refrigerators that dissipate heat by direct cooling. Like sitting on an ice cube.

Those are peltier plates one side gets hot the other gets cold, you still need to put a heatsink on the hot side.

What @goud means by "put a next one on it" is use another plate to cool the hot side, its a joke can't you see the winky face?
