Welp...I gave canna a fair try,but I just dont care for it.Flushed it out this week and am going back to my dynagro.Another note, this strain seems very sensitive,im keeping her on a maintenance dose of 300ppm and growth seems excellent.Im using foilage pro at 1ml a gallon and supplementing with floralocious plus at 1ml a gallon and using dynagro bloom (every other feeding)at .5 to 1ml a gallon as my pk booster.Im foliar feeding with bio ag fulvic acid and cannaboost. And once a week with a magnesium sulphate and calcium metasolate, lemon juice mixture.

So a little about the light...all in all so far im impressed with this light. My ambient is 68 and this thing never goes above 75 with just a little 10in fan in there for air exchange.Intensity seems excellent...under 20in I was getting some heavy leaf curl.Build quality seems excellent case is sturdy and not excessivley heavy. The buds seem to be responding well, getting some heavy trichome covering going into 3rd week of flower, and they are fattening up and stacking nicely.Ill reserve final thoughts on this light after my next comparison grow(thats already vegging)

I like the modular nature of the lights with the h brackets to connect them..however I wish they were carried a bit farther...id like to see the brackets incorporate a way to connect the lights at different angles..like maybe 15/30/45 degrees or something.I like to angle my lights if need be at the expense of footprint.

Here is one of the small buds im experimenting on,shes getting misted with fulvic acid to see if I can influence trichome development.

Great! Been looking for shots & opinions on the Amares. Ordering one next week. You flowered with x2, 220's? If I like them, I'd have to have a SE-450 for each plant x12. Not cheap. Anyone use a 450 here? How do you like your 220's? Pretty excited to order mine.

I like them alot, its my first experience with cob lighting. The people at amare have been awesome to work with. The light is super intense from what im used to (t5's and old tech burple leds).Less heat than what im used to,I had to struggle to keep temps up until I got dialed in.Growth was excellent under these lights, but with the intensity you are going to want to make sure you have plenty of headroom, the sweet spot looks like 22-24 inches.I had leaf stress running them a bit low.Are they the most efficient?..hell I dunno, but they work nicely :) .Im gonna harvest this weekend, dont have a smoke report for ya yet but soon™.

Thanks for stopping by
