Am i better off with two lights and higher heat or one light and lower temps?

Yo, basically, ive had a heat issue with my house since i started using an extra lamp. Ive got 12 cash crop seedlings autoflowers in 11 litre soil buckets, under 1x600w HPS lamp in a 2.4mx1.2m tent.

Now, when they start flowering i want to hook up my other 600 lamp aswell but when ive got them both running the temps hit 39 degrees celsius and thats really the lowest i can get at the moment with my current situation.

If i flower under just one lamp i will get temps of about 30 degrees Celsius. I understand both are too hot, but am, i better off flowering them all under the one lamp with lowest temp or both lamps with highest. Am i likely to see much of a yield difference seeing as it may be cancelled out by the raise in temps???

I'd go with the one light until you can get your temps under control.

If you can keep temp with 2 under 85 F you would be OK. Higher then that run 1. Less yield but better smoke.

I haven't done a lot in soil, but I do know with hydro that the cooler the roots are the warmer the room can be. You might be able to pull off both lamps with chilled hydro, but I've never pushed things to 39C so I don't know how it would turn out.

Another idea which is less expensive and would allow you to continue using soil would be ducted lamps, if your growing situation would permit.

I'm just curious so a hypothetical question : On a table sat a pound of schwag and a half-pound of dank. You can take one.
Which one would you take ?

And seems funny to be cash cropping for max yield, with autos..

It is easy with todays Autos to produce a good volume. Most Autos I grow are my own crosses. In 70-90 days a plant can make 2-4 oz of good smoke.

having the same probs in a 2x2x2 tent with 2 600w hps , stretching is a nightmare loose flimsy buds that don't weigh shit !! one light lower temp all the way . im investing in 4 x 600w leds coming tues will let you know how it pans out ! quite scared tho . also if you need to use the two lights and you have a sealed environment try adding some extra co2 they can cope with a little higher temps then

Dont be thick. The seeds name is called cash crop, its a northern lights cross which produces some seriously dank bud. Do some research before mouthing off buddy.

Because he probably completely clueless as to how good autoflower bud can be these days. My last autoflower crop was some of the tastiest green ive ever smoked. People are too quick to judge.
