Very dope man. Clones as well right?
yup..and edibles, tinctures, hash..all the good stuff..

Nope! Oddly enough, the closest dispensary to me is 58 miles away in South Lake Tahoe, California. The dispensary there honors Nevada law. Although it's closer than Vegas it's still a problem cause of no way to get there.

Best of luck to you! I hope all goes well. :)
im gonna have my resource center set up to franchise out...maybe reno will be my next spot.

i also want to accept out of state cards as well..my lawyer is advising me not to tho even tho some dispensaries accept them. im right across from the airport rental car center so i will be the first stop for all the out of state mmj card holders.

I didn't think they'd honor NV law! Do you have a general location for that place in Tahoe? Thank you!

Really?! I hope you let us know how this progresses. I'm curious about the details... legalities, location, etc. I would assume that if you are going to buy from a dispensary that said location would have to be your caregiver? But I thought the law states that only -one to one- is legal for caregivers?:confused:
You are correct, while Nevada does not allow co-ops and caregivers are -one-to-one- as you say. There are multiple "loop holes" in the Nevada law as it is currently written. Just as the law indicates you can have 3 plants in flower but only 1oz of "useable product"

Under NRS 453A.200, Indicates A patient or caregiver who holds a valid registry identification card is exempt from state prosecution for:
  1. Possession, delivery or production of marijuana;
  2. Possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia;
  3. Aiding and abetting another in the possession, delivery or production of marijuana;
  4. Aiding and abetting another in the possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia;
  5. Any combination of the acts described above, inclusively; and
  6. Any other criminal offense in which the possession, delivery or production of marijuana or the possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia is an element.
In addition to the protections shown above, no person may be subject to state prosecution for constructive possession, conspiracy or any other criminal offense solely for being in the presence or vicinity of the medical use of marijuana in accordance with Nevada's medical marijuana law.

We are very close to opening the social/lounge and dispensary. In the mean time we will remain "mobile" as we have been for 2 years. Serving the Reno/sparks and surrounding areas. We are ran on "donations" just as California and Las Vegas are.

We will defidently keep you posted...

Really, there is a dispensary in South lake that takes NV cards? I thought NV cards were not honored anywhere else. Is this place listed in the phone book, or how do I go about finding out where it is.

I would tell you to check your PM's but you don't accept PM's. Did you know there are dispensaries in Vegas that honor Cali law? Yup. Mind you, none of this honoring is actually legal. Lots of black and white issues that blended making gray zones to pass through.

Just wanted to say high to all my fellow Nevadan medical marijuana patients! I just started the process of getting my card, and even though its a more lengthy process and cost alot more than in Cali, its definitely worth being legal! Im in Vegas and theres about 20-30 dispensaries here! Hopefully Cali legalizes it this November, so Nevada can follow in its footsteps! Cannabis in any and all forms should be accessible to everyone! I think the government has a lot more things to worry about than busting all of us happy pot heads!

Good to see people with guts. I'm a chicken shit due to a past bust 44 years ago and I keep my head low. Thanks for explaining the loop holes to me. I wasn't aware of that verbage. Count me in on the social lounge! Sounds like a good community gathering place.
