Ya man I never said you 1099 yourself when you own a bus. Only when self employed. It is possible to be self employed and not own a bus lol. You're right about problems but if you're successful you would be a fool not to have a license for write off purposes.

You can make up all the what if's you want.......I am not taking a guess on that.....that's for your 12 year old son to decide I guess.....

Not if you use your full legal name in the name of the business. The type of business doesn't matter, you could swallow cum for a living if legal, but if you don't want to have a business license, then you use your full and legal name as the business name. That way the feds use your soc# as your EIN.

turns out you don't need a business license to be self employed.
