it's very rare these days for one parent to hold sole custody MoDrama..you would have to be shown unfit and that takes quite a bit of money to prove and certainly not on a police officers salary.

We aren't talking about SOLE custody where only 1 parent gets the kids and the other never sees them, you seem to be confused.
woman get primary custody in 90% of ALL custody cases. Women have to be proven a detriment to lose their kids, the state automatically presumes the mother is the correct parent to go to unless the father can find the mother somehow unfit.
