Feds did a big state wide bust a few years ago. Hit hard and really hurt allot of folks. Most folks are uncertain. Understandably!
We need leaders! I am willing and ready. It seems as thought there is no activity to make change in AK regardless of the growing need.
Too many gray areas! We need change! Lets Talk!
Alaska could Legalize!!!
Alaska could farm Hemp!
Alaska could provide bio fuel!
We know what the valley has to offer to growers, can we imagine what the valley could offer a legal medical cannabis market?
Cannabis Profit could compete with Mining.

np bro i read on norml this
Possession of less than 25 plants is protected under the Alaska Constitution’s right to privacy (See Ravin v. Alaska).
if thats the case and MMJ people can only have 6 can they really have up to 25? and since 99 and below is state does this mean i can get away with 25 in my house now?

The way it stands now: According to the folks at the Alaska Bureau of Vital Statistics, as a MJ card holder you are allowed 6 plants, three mature and flowering, no more than an ounce ready.... This leaves ALOT of gray area as I am sure you can see.

You, and your caregivers (primary and alternate) all have cards. Does this mean each person is allowed 6 growing for you? Can each of us have six and an ounce? I am on the phone with them right now! Ill let you know it a few min.

This is the way the law reads: A patient, primary cargiver, or alternate caregiver may not possess in the aggregate more than one ounce of marijuana in usable form: and six marijuana plants, with no more than three mature and flowering plants producing usable marijuana at any one time. This does not state that there is a limit to which one is growing when. Thus You are allowed six, your primary is allowed six, and your alternate caregiver is allowed six.

The next question I have, is how many can you caregive for at one time....?

This ounce rull realy messes with me..... i read used to be up to 4oz now its one but if i have 3 plants flowering even if i only harvest one at a time im gonna get more than an oz off that ugh it almost with that Ravin vs Alaska thing makes me wont to not be legal if 25 are protected under the alaska constition for privacy. im sure once im legal the penalties for breaking these rules are more strict than if you arnt legal?
