Air Exhaust and Reflector Question

Hello RIU Community!
I have posted a similar thread already with little result so I am hoping for better luck this time. I have a 560 cubic foot room will be using a six inch, 449 CFM Vortex Blower to cool the lights and keep the room at my desired temperature and a four inch, 172 CFM Vortex Blower to keep the humidity to my desired liking. My question is...

1. Is that enough air exhaust for the room?

AND

2. What light reflector should I use?

I am looking at HydroFarm's DayStar AC Reflector and would love to hear what you all think. Keep in mind the flange for the reflector must be six inches. Hope to hear from MANY of you this time.
Thank you all.
