Air conditioning lay outs for commercial operations

Hey gang, not sure how many of you folks are growing on a really big scale but I am designing out two new flower rooms and I'm looking for input on AC design.

Our current rooms are 40k watts each (bare bukb vert) and we have 15 tons of AC each and one 5 ton unit that is split between the two. It's a 9' ceiling and we just dumped the air con outlets out the roof thinking that all the fans would push the air around. We have a shit ton of fans.. three 24" commercial oscillating fans on the wall and 10" fans under each bulb.

Despite this their are cold and warm spots in the rooms, circulation in the corners is poor..

I have seen some rooms where the inlets are all in the ceiling and the outlets blast put cold air on the floor. Anyone using this kind of set up? For SOG tables or traditional horizontal that would be great but we have so many pots and fans on the floor (checkerboard layout) I'm concerned that the middle of the room would still suffer.

Perhaps greenhouse style poly tubes with holes?

Any help is appreciated.
Cheers

Hmmm. Maybe, although I would think just having the duct work in place to eliminate zone dead spots would be almost the same thing.

Is this a large home grow or a commercial op? i have 20k watts in medical, my buddy is a hvac specialist and installed a dual zone mini split in our room, we have 14 fans in a 1600 sq ft warehouse. and we have consistent temperatures throughout the room, a fan in literally placed in each of the four corners of the building as well as all along each wall. I'd say that whoever did your AC work didnt incorporate enough output routes into your system. y
ou could always add more air circulation via fans, or you could invest in an AC specialist for advice.

Yes it is a commercial setup... not sure how many personal grows have 40k of flowering :).

It was simply a case of giving a best educated shot and trying to make things better. In addition to the fans listed above, we also had a total of FOUR 12" max can fans circulating air.. two inlets and two outlets on opposite sides of the room (they were connected to the other flower room to help regulate night time temps and humidity).

We have since taken those fans offline.

In the horizontal veg room we have three mini splits and they do fine. It's just the flower rooms that are soooo full of trees that the air is hard to circulate...
