Afghan Kush Ryder Auto Outdoor UK

DSC01778.JPG

All planted at the same time, seed straight into soil. I have transferrred them into slightly larger pots. Each one is at different stages, very strange. They went into the soil on the 26th May.

Feeding tap water at the moment and they have had 2 feeds of tomato doff tomato feed since flowering, i've always used this for outdoor grows. Contains pretty much everything they need to keep them healthy.

This is my 3 rd year of autos having always done guerilla outdoor grows but struggled with finish times and damp, my first auto grow was cream caramel which was a small plant but beautiful to smoke.

I am very surprised at how big the second two autos are. Also very surprised at how they are growing at different rates. The largest plant was dwarfed in the beginning and I nearly binned it. It's only just starting to flower.

The smaller one is looking good. It should pack on some more weight in the next 2 weeks if this weather continues.

Anyone got any thoughts. I've been reading that this strain can sometime not auto flower. Luckily these have but i would say one is massively delayed.

looks good, everybody seems to be flowering on schedule.

the big girl on the right looks a tad yellow may need a bit more N but overall very nice job with these so far

Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. I had'nt noticed that to be fair so will keep my eye on it. I can give it a feed tomorrow as gave them a good drink tonight. Was also going to stick some fresh soil ontop of the pot to assist the soil. Could have got bigger pots but want to keep a low profile on these. Mostly kept in the greenhouse which is massively helping with black fly landing on the plants. Ones that do are carefully tweezered off the plant.

not a biggie, she looks relatively healthy otherwise, probably just because shes so big.
good idea about top dressing.

blackflies?

Just had a look at a picture of a black fly. They appear to look more like a melon aphid, never heard of these, same size as a greenfly but have black bodies.

With regards to germination planted the seed directly into the pots end of may beginning of June. I wrote it down somewhere but cannot find it. I think they are slow, and the stages are massively varying between plants. The smallest one I reckon another 2 weeks maybe more. The others nowhere near finished. This would mean they have gone way beyond the stated time needed for them to finish.

those are the 3 dominant pheno's from AKR left to right ruderalis dom , indica dom , sativa dom ....... 8-9 weeks on the rudy , 10 on the indy and 10+ for the sativa ... that sativa dom packs a hell of a speedy head high ... mileage may vary all my experience with them is indoors under 24/0 or 18/6 the short bushy dense bud sativa was the pheno i was chasing ..... got it once wasnt prepared for it then never seen it again

Small update on the progress, the ruderalis and the indica, the sativa is too big to take out of the green house. The tiny girl is so sticky and smells of Elastoplast like a band aid. Beautiful. The indicia is just getting going and the main stem is really developing. I really love the shape of these plants. the sativa has more yellow leaves but as a whole is doing well.

Thanks for following.
