Aeroponic sprayer nozzle issues.

Wow, that cyco is some good shit, never seen this much frost, so early. Things are recovering.
If one runs completly mediumless, with neoprene one gets no medium to contend with, even a small cup of any medium is different response to no medium, with no medium the water is your medium, a quick rez change gives quicker responses as such, to really give a proper option you need to descibe what kind of root mass and medium your dealing with having shocked. I never lost a aero crop in over 15 yrs and made lots of fuck ups, lost some but never a whole crop and never scraped one. But have seen lots of failed systems..
Everything is recuperating. Roots are good, and have been. I opened my bin last night and saw a few fungus nats flying around. Added some more hydro guard. Hope to have some smoke in another month. Although I may let them go an extra week or two. If this crop is as good as the last, I will be happy. Cyco is not a bad product, although it is very watered down. My plants seem to love it.

If you are using NPK Grow, a complete formula, and LEDs you might need extra CaMg. Mine do

If you are hydro/aero, simply dump the rez flush with water for a day (minimum 6xs), and make fresh nutes
Are you saying dump and fill for 6 days everyday with plain water?

Still no roots, just a lot of slime build up in the bubble cloner that has the bio-cozyme.
I am going to do the test it again, I just haven't had time with Holiday shit going on. I plan to build my next bins when I get to the house. Then I will take some pics as it progresses.
Cut clones, dip in clonex, put in neoprene inserts, add ro water, add biocozyme, and cut the water leafs in half.

What kind of cloner do you run? I have a bubble cloner. I have other cloners too but I am trying out bubble cloners atm it just seems to me they'd be more efficient and work better. I had one of my clones just starting to root but it wasn't the bio-cozyme bin and it was a different strain all together from whats in the bio-cozyme so I can't say that it rooted faster.. I am running 2x 18watt warm white led strips per 2x4 foot area for cloning they're on 24/0 maybe I should put them on a times, it's such low lighting I figured it wouldn't matter..
I use my aerobin, it has 20ish something slots then I choose the healthiest and divide the bins up. Low pressure aeroponic. I let it run the whole time that I was trying to get roots.

I am still trying to perfect my sprayer design. This time I am doing 360's. on a single PVC strand. Sprayers on tops and bottom of the strand that fits into the pump. I have had some leak issues and PVC balancing problems, where it wants to tilt due to weight. I think one strand with a 300gph pump will do just fine.

What do you use for lighting per square foot? I'm using 4.5 watts/ft2 of led thats rated at 120 lumens/watt.
In veg I use a Chinese blurple full spectrum with optics 24" above clones and not directly beating down on them. I cut the reds off also, until they get started then I cut on the red/blue and lower them 16" above the plant.

My bad I should have been more specific, I was talking about for cloning..
I covered them all, read back a few posts. I didn't want you thinking that I use the blurple with optics in flower, not that they can't do it, but the quantum spread is so much better. Plus I ramble on when I'm stoned. :)

What lighting do you use?

Well I’m always trying new stuff, I was using cob led for my cloning at low power but I think it was still to intense it’s like the clones use up all of there energy from their leaves in a short amount of time so now I am trying 18 watt led tubes (1 for every 2sq/ft)
GraowMau5 the youtuber got me interested. When they were released I bought as many as I could afford. Highest par and umol out put of any led grow light I know of. I really should be running co2 with this light. I just have not explored enough to dabble with it. Plus it's dangerous.

Yeah, when I want roots I go blue, white, UVB, infrared. I raise the light about 2-2.5 ft. HiGrow makes a nice rooting light with optics and UVA, UVB. But if I had my choice once roots show, I would do a 4000K quantum for veg and grow the shit out of it quick. One day they will be back in stock.

Cheap. Best bluples that I have used. https://www.amazon.com/HIGROW-Optical-Spectrum-Greenhouse-Hydroponic/dp/B01HYUQ9QC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1513792419&sr=8-1&keywords=higrow
I think the optics make the difference. I own several blurple lights, and it will allow you to turn off the red spectrum with the flip of a switch.
