Aerogarden help

My water temperature is 77.5 in my aerogarden. Is that too high? After getting my PH meter, I found that my water had a PH reading of 7.9. I did not put any nutrients in and my germed seeds were in AG for 36 hrs. As soon as I saw the PH that high, I threw in an AG small nute tab in there. An hour later, the reading was PH 7.1 I hear that it should be around 5.5 - 6.4. I'm still high up there in PH and I don't want to put another AG nute this soon. Waiting for my Foxfarm nutes, should be here in a couple of days and then I can start them solely on the organic juice. Babies need the right kinda juice...Anyway, in regards to lights, I have the stock lights from AG (3 of the CFL's - by the way, what is the wattage on those?) and also the blue daylight CFL's. Need to get Mylar but can't find it in stores around the house. Any other reflective source that is just as good?? Lemme know guys, and any help would be appreciated. Oh, I'm growing Lowryder #2 feminized from Dr. Chronics... Little leaves sprouted to the tip of the Cover in just 36 hours. I guess that's fast, right?Peace...

should have waited on the nutes, you dont want to burn them, that is a high PH, but they can survive till there old enough for nutes
