Hello all. I was planning on using CFLs in my new wardrobe growbox, but after reading a lot on this site, I'm leaning toward this setup:

After buying fixtures, bulbs, etc., I would probably spend more than this on CFLs. Will this light be adequate for a 35” X 19” X 88” space?
Just looking for some guidance before I make my proposal to the C.F.O.
