Advice on 1st attempt at Fem seeds??

Hey guys, so I think I got the "meat" of this down, but was hoping to maybe get some tips or feedback for BEST results, in case I missed anything;

It's me and mt Dad's 1st crack at this. We have a mother, ThugPug Peanut Butter Breath, and we want to make fem seeds of our selected pheno.

I was gona use one clone as the "pollinator", and then dust another separate clone with it. --is this correct?? Or, am I supposed to use the pollen on a different cultivar or pheno entirely? Is there any detriment to doing it the way I mentioned? Variation is okay but we'd also like the resulting seeds to closely match the current chosen pheno, any advice to dialing that in?

Oh also, we're using Colloidal Silver @ 50ppm, but will try again with Silver Thiosulfate as I understand it may get us better results, or more pollen? Any truth to this?

I used the stuff from here
https://www.rollitup.org/t/seed-making-made-easy-selfing-a-plant.999543/
and just allowed it to pollinate itself. Worked great

It's fine to use the pollen on the same plant, that's how you make s1's. Of course, you could use the pollen on other plants too. Sometimes you don't get much pollen though-sts treated females don't drop nearly the amount of pollen as a male. Good luck, you're going to have fun!
