Advanced Nutrients B-52. Is it worth the price?

Read around more because it doesn't work like that, ppm is subjective to the grower not the bottle regardless of bottle strength. They are bullshitting you, you still need to dilute with water, same as every other bottle.

Those two books would have explained it to you.

Maybe you misunderstood me. Obviously you need to dilute with water. You make it sound like I am using straight nutrients and no water. Obviously you dilute your nutes depending on your uptake. I was explaining full dosage of there product. 4ml per litre. I am not sure where the misunderstanding came from. And yes subjective to the grower he is the one who decides what strengths to mix this is obvious.

misunderstanding here? How is 2000ppm feedings relevant to a master grower? How do you max out nutes? You can hit those numbers with virtually any bottle so you dont need AN for high metabolism plants and you dont need AN to be a master grower its just purely subjective.

What exactly are you getting at? Maybe i do have a misunderstanding, sorry if i sound like an ass.

Depends pen style which you dip in the water or a digital ppm meter that shows you a constant ppm reading. Pens are easy and cheap but only gives you a read out when you use it when you use digital you can watch your ppm s go up ass you add your nutrients and you can also put it in your reservoir to have a constant ppm reading and k own what your plant uptake is and things like that

These are the tools needed to learn and to be able to read your plants properly. You can't just jump into it and "read your plants" well you can but why would you not want to know exactly what your doing as well as reading your plants. I don't pick up my pen anyore because I know my strain and I know my nuts bit when I switch strains I'll be reading ppm just because I want to know exactly where I am. To me it helps whether it's for me and just knowing or in discussions from grower to grower and stuff like that.

True, I was talking over a bigger picture so to speak but yeah, the cheapo PPM meter on ebay is as good as the expensive ones to lean about EC plant tolerances but back on topic, plant produce B vitamins in abundance by themselves and is a total rip off, many bonafide University tests prove this fact.

Oh okay gotcha. I am glad we are on the same page. Forums get crazy sometimes. Ya I used to use it all the time btu once I was getting into routine schedules and reading your plant for everything from pests to nute burn to deficiencies and all that and you will get to a point where you will either have perfect grows or you jump on issues so quick they never arise into real problems.

I agree I am only asking because I am switching to advance nutrients, usually like I mentioned I was using all GH and I never checked ppms. But now I wanna see where I am at, speaking of which what is good ppm's, like I said I haven't checked ppms in years? I know they say the ph perfect is already set for ph and ppms, but I will still be checking them!

Well I am pretty new with advanced myself so I am starting off slow I jumped I to connesuer without realize I wasn't ready for it so I am running the hobbyist line. Sensi a and b and voodoo juice b 52 overdrive big bud and flawless finisb for my flush. Right now I have white widow in week 4 of flower and I am only running 900 ppm. And it looks like I am either getting a cal mag deficiency or nutes burn. So I am just trying to dual things in. I got half on the a and b and full dose on additives as directed by advanced nutrients. I have called them probably 10 times and great guys everything. And people coming about the ph perfect not keeping ph but I talked to advanced nutrients and they said don't touch the ph because what there product does is allow nutrient uptake from a phone of 4 to 8. So it doesn't balance ph it just makes nutrients available on a wider range. But it is a little contradicting because they have a video onine where they show the ph perfect balancing 3 different ph waters. But that is when you run full dosage and you don't always run full dose. So I want to ask them about the I found they gave me and the video online

Yeah I just did my first feeding of Connoisseur A and B along with B-52 and Voodoo Juice and on the nutrient feeding chart it says use 102.39oz of A and B and 51.19oz of B-52 and Voodoo Juice, well when I only had 1 liter of A and B because the other products haven't came in yet so I figured it all out and I used 1L of A and B and then I used half a Liter of B-52 and Half a liter of the Voodoo Juice, so I do this and my ppms were at 1630 lmao, so I call them and he was telling me only use half of what the nutrient chart is telling me so im like wtf I thought I just start out at week 1? He told me to take out 50 gallons of the reservoir and just add 50 gallons of water so I did this and got it down to a 480 ppm and he said I need to be within 300-500. But my question is when do I start week 1 and what's the point of the nutrient chart if I am not just using what it says. I know it says at top cuttings and seedlings 1ml/L, Small plants 2ml/L, and Mature Plants 4ml/L, but like I said why wouldn't the factor that in? So to start its already a little confusing.

EDIT: I spoke with the guy at AN and I got it all sorted it out

More info to come after talking to advanced??
yeah sorry lol. He said that the chart is for 4ml/L and obviously mine are just put down so considered cuttings still so they need 1ml/L (13oz) and he said once they get 6-7inches go to 2ml (26oz), 10inches (35oz. I think he meant 39oz which would have been 3ml/L), and 15-16inches 4ml/L (52oz). I told him I was only using 100 gallons out of the 300 gallon reservoir for now because obviuosly cuttings aren't going to need 200 gallons right now, so on the advanced nutrients chart it said use 51.26oz so obviously divide that by 4 since its only 1ml/L and it came out to 12.8 (13oz). So I am assuming I will probably have to do another small feeding for week 2, but by week 3 I should be at 2ml/L (26oz). Weeks 3 and 4 I don't use voodoo juice again until bloom stage.

I also made a grow journal for those that are interested in following. https://www.rollitup.org/t/12000-watt-91-plant-hydro-gorilla-glue-4-lemon-og-kush-and-blueberry.918096/#post-12873094

Wow huge reservoir. No cover? 50 gallon barrels would save you alot of space or the big totes from industrial places. They hold 4 barrels worth 200 gallon

Yeah no cover we made one big one so its easier to clean out, should I be using a cover? I also have a 100 gallon in the back room I used to use (http://www.globalindustrial.com/p/storage/bins-totes-containers/stocktanks/rubbermaid-fg424288bla-stock-tank-100-gallon-black-270079?infoParam.campaignId=T9F&gclid=CjwKEAjwltC9BRDRvMfD2N66nlISJACq8591ts8_XH-GwmHn-FLd0DJZikFCM4GemFOEyH7nadX8QxoCO-fw_wcB)
We are going to be using a chiller aren't you suppose to with hydroponics and do you know what tempature the water should be chilled to?
