Advanced Black Diesel?

Just ordered some Black Diesel from Advanced Seeds, as Somas NYC Diesel was out of stock at Pick´n Mix. Anyone know anything about this strain? Is it the same as Somas, or are other genetics bred in? Here is what they say at Advanced Seeds: "70% Sativa, 30% Indica. It has been selected by New York City Diesel, one of the most awarded plants in the cannabis cups". What does "selected" mean in this case?

Anyone who have tried Black Diesel?

I have one on the go at the moment. Its early days, -ish..at day 37. Buds are coming on but the frost just hasnt come on at all yet. It may just be a slow starter. Fingers crossed. So far Im worried! Weird how its so hard to find anyone whos grown it out before.

I just picked up an 1/4 ounce of Black Diesel from my local dispensary.
Once I get some rolled and lit, I'll let you know how it smokes

First off, it's not exactly NYC Diesel, that's for sure.
Seems like it's been crossed with a pretty heavy Indica (like Black Domina).
I was feeling somewhat high for a little bit, but they, BANG, a real heavy stone set in.
This stuff put me to sleep, not what I was expecting from this strain at all.

Hm, think I'll have to try and get the real strain from Soma.
