I know that I'm talking about two pretty decent uppers and downers... but hear me out.
I para'd a couple 30mg adderallXRs earlier today (time release crushed), last one was at like 5-5:30, first one at maybe like uhhhh 2:30. I'vegot a bit of a tolerance though so I'm not as sped up as I should be right now. I also drank like 3 cups of black coffee, a few mugs of strong caffienated tea, and a monster over the night.
Would it be totally moronic to blow like 2-4mgs of dilaudid? I'vegot like 12mgs but only want to do a little tonight if any at all. I just blew like or 6 mgs last night but no addys in the picture.
