Add pictures to an existing album

Greetings, I am finding it impossible to add pictures to an existing album. Is this possible to do, or am I wasting my time. Thanks for any help

Go to the album you will see a blue bar, look at the very far right its almost hidden in color but I've highlighted it with my mouse here in this photo:View attachment 2666064
