Just seeing how many Active Washington patients we have here. Seems like it is slow compared to the other states.

Lol I like to think we washington growers are very educated and don't need to ask as many questions. But that's just me being a narcisit haha

Seattle here; licensed since June of this year and learning plenty about indoor hydro. I'm glad to have such confident growing resources here - I definitely still have question. When I need answers, i'll be sure to hit up this group.

My documentation states 15 plants AND 24oz of dried cannabis. I am growing few plants, but vegging large because apparently the lawman in WA still has ability to make subjective judgements about each person's grow op in comparison to need. I figured fewer (but larger) plants may push me further down the already unlikely list of growers to harass. This is not based on personal experience, just personal comfort - in the end, all of us are still technically (though highly unlikely) up for federal suspicion.

That number goes both ways, though. If you can show a need for more, they should be able to let it go. It's happened a few times, so depending on your issue, you may not have to worry about it!

Also, North of seattle, here :)

I feel kinda safe. I'm rural and only have 4 plants in my back yard. That's all I need. I grew my first and only plant last year and got 9 quart jars of bud. I can't grow tomatoes worth shit, but I think I've found my calling.

I live in a house of 6 MMJ patients North of Seattle (somewhere :) ) We all have our cards for various reasons and have a little grow-op on site, however none of us have our address listed with anyone and would rather keep them away from us as much as possible. Nice to see other local medical users on here.

as an mmj patient you have the legal right to a two month supply of medicine in your possession and to manufacture your own medicine, the minimum amount assumed by the law to keep one patient in medicine is 15 plants and 1.5 lbs of medicine or medicine equal to 1.5 pounds of plant matter, if you are under those numbers you are fine, if you are over those numbers and can prove it in a court of law, then you can grow and have however much you need, the important thing to keep in mind is that your medical need of quantity is up to the judgement of the court.

also keep in mind that if you sell, deal, or in some way benefit from the production or distribution then your medical status is void and probably will not be allowed as a defense for those other crimes, so keep you nose clean and dont be stupid about what your doing, and if your gonna grow more than the 15/1.5 lbs then you need to keep accurate records to show that this is how much you grew and this is how much you medicated on this or that day, cause otherwise the assumption is no you dont eat/smoke/bathe yourself with a quarter pound of flowers each day, but if you can provide records and prove medical need, you could go on the all green diet, eat drink and breathe ganja hahaha

Granite falls here. Didn't you already have a 1 post shut down for plugging your forum on this forum? And someone said "no posting links" when they locked it? I think that was you, right? I think what he meant when he said "no linking sites" was you probably shouldn't post links to other sites. Perhaps I misunderstood. Good to see other Western Washington members on RIU though!
