will you participate in the new program?

Sure will since I'm only valid for the one date under the injunction. I'm still debating whether to put in a small 2-4 light demo grow room in my shop, although not sure if HC will allow that even if the room is fully secured but people can see the plants through lexan/plexiglass.

I have a very serious concern that if I were to sign up to grow Ill be told within the year to shut-down and kitty litter the whole lot... A precidence has been set already by the goofs at health Canada.

Well either way I'd rather be legally protected for what even time frame they allow the program to run and I can't wait to be able to drive around with 150 grams on me like I use to in the MMAR with 1/2 LB on the passenger seat and my vaporizer next to it lol.

My thinking is the other way, registered patients may be grandfathered in to the new rec system. Medical Should trump rec limits. I can see a 6-10 plant limit in rec.

Why do you need to drive around with 150g? Just because you can? What's the point? An impaired charge?

I will because I have other family involved. And everyone feels much more comfortable helping out in and around the garden if I'm licensed.

That being said, if I suddenly get restricted to a 5g per day limit, I have no problem ignoring that and producing and using however much I feel like I need to use.

No problem answering to a judge on that.

If I wanted bragging I would have carried the full 1.5lb I was allowed under MMAR in my car. So you don't seem to approve that I can exercise my right to have 150 grams on me?

I approve, I just don't see the need to carry 150grams around on a daily basis. What's the point? I don't get it.

That's the beauty of choice and freedom, I can do something that I want. I think putting on a 7 foot tall wing on the back of your car and a loud ass rattling muffler is stupid yet the person that did it thinks it cool.

What if you were a DG and your patient is a long ways away or out of province?

Its LEGAL after all..... how can you penalise someone for something they have a right to have?

that was my answer too.
we can't even go for a week holiday with that 150 limit.
they have stated the average is 18 g a day but stick with that limit. i bet it would be interesting if Phelan was limited to how much he could carry.
they use the "being robbed" as a reason but i can carry a 90 day supply of oxy's that are more valuable than cannabis with no repercussion as long as the label is on the bottle.
