I have bought a lot of AC Infinity stuff because I like and and they had really really good customer service. They would respond to my e-mails extremely quick (i expect within 24 hours they were usually within an hour or 2). They also used to answer the phone when I call, they no longer do and I don't get calls back. I also have an order that should have shipped out a few days ago but no confirmation e-mail like normal. Am I just unlucky lately or is anyone else experiencing the same thing? Is this the right thread for this?
