A Tale of two Thais and G13

OK, yeah, so I suck at keeping a journal updated. Things have been crazy! The grow in the 4x8 got seriously out of control and necessitated a quick build of a grow room with eight foot ceilings. Even then I had to supercrop the shit out of them. This was shot today. Only one of the MamaThai/ThaiStik was female but I got lucky with both MamaThai/Pineapple Chunk plants. These plants still have 8 or 9 weeks to go.

And that vid was shot only a few days after a bit of trimming.

And the Thaibodian Skunk (BOEL Skunk x JohnnyD Cambodian Thai) is coming along. The strong sativa influence reared its leggy head during the first few days of stretch and it started reaching for the sky. I'm not playing that game again!

A scrog net, right?

Wrong! It's a plant hammock!

Thanks, Aquanaut. I was hoping someone would appreciate the humor!
Here I thought I was breaking new ground and then I found a vid on YT where a guy uses this same technique. Once the bends heal I may do a normal scrog, but I don't see any reason that I can't do a top scrog.

The waiting is the hardest part. I'm ready to be done! Too much work, too much time, too much money... but I know I'll miss them when they're gone.
This is the MamaThai x Pineapple Chunk. You can see the different coloration of the MamaThai x ThaiStik on the right. The MTTS is a longer flowering plant than the MTPC, so it won't all be over for a long while. *sigh*

The canopy is at five feet on average. The black mark on the wall at the level of the light is six feet.

I did some delarfing a couple of days ago. I usually just toss it but figured I'd save this batch for the MagicalButter machine. This larf was taken from way under the canopy by crawling around under the plants. It's crazy how well the Samsung strips penetrate. If I had two of @Takeshy's lights I could RULE THE WORLD!

All's well with the Thaibodian Skunk. (I hope the breeder doesn't mind me calling it that.) Definitely a strain I'll grow again but in the grow room next time to let them stretch their legs. It pained me to have to supercrop them. Starting to see a ton of trichomes on the flowers and sugar leaves. I have a good feeling about these two.
As you can see, I released them from bondage and unscrogged the few that I'd tucked under the net. I'm going to let them have their heads for a while to see how they respond.

Such nice firm buds. I could drive nails with these.

Beautiful, truly. You weren't kidding when you said you have it dialed in. Your grow is immaculate as well. It makes me want to go downstairs, to my grow, and start vacuuming up all those errant pieces of hydroton lol. You are doing a good thing here, my man. Your brother couldnt be getting his medicine from a better source.

Where did you get your seeds? Were they home mades? You mentioned a breeder in the thread. Are they all from the same one?

Thank you for the kind words, prostheticninja. The MamaThai x Pineapple Chunk and the MamaThai x ThaiStik seeds came from a grower/breeder in the cold north of Canuckistan. Canadians grow some great weed! And the Thaibodian Skunk seeds (BOEL Skunk x Johnny D from Golden Coast Genetics are both old-school Hawaiian strains) came to me via Hawaii. The BOEL Skunk is also known as Brotherhood '79 Skunk.
