Hey folks thouht i would post this here so all could read. I know there have been rumors going around this should help dispell any and restore confidence.

OK guys, so I've been wanting to talk to everyone, then I got this email message this morning...*"Rain*a lot of people have been asking about what happened with the police at the last market. I know there are several rumors going around and some of them are meant to scare folks from vending or attending. It might be a good idea to set the record straight and ease worries and dispell rumors. Keep up the great work."Ok, here goes:They came, they smelled, they left!!!This is in reference to the police showing we had at the last market at the Firehouse. *Someone supposedly called the police to report loud music and marijuana,*And that there were around 50- 75 people in attendance. *I went out and spoke to them (Phx pd) on event day, I told them and showed them copies of what we were doing and assured them we are patients, we are legal, and I will be in touch with their superiors to prevent future infractions. *Which I did. *I even wrote the mayor of Phoenix! *Hey guys, what we are doing is legal. *It's a legal loophole we are using. *Loophole yes! *Legal yes!Stand firm for what we believe in and what we know. We are helping people. We are helping patients.Lessons for us: *We have to cover all plants and meds leaving and coming into the event. *I will do my part. *Security will send them back to you 1st for coverage of clones. *Phx PD feels that the clones being visible could pose a risk to the person. *I tend to agree. *Have always stressed covering clones but it somehow went out the door. (like the clones)The cops position is they come, investigate and turn around once they had determined it was legal Cardholders. *I informed them that it seemed harrasing to be surrounded. *They say they have to respond *like that. *50-75 ppl... *I think it's time have a discussion about*making marijuana calls low priority for law enforcement!Coming soon by request:A copy of email to South Mtn Community Police. **

They should get a farmers market going down in tucson. Would be nice to get some good genetics flowing threw here.
Camp420 tried this and we were all geared up to head down there, but the venue fell through at the last minute. If you have any ideas contact camp420 they are always up for doing something.

I haven't been terribly impressed with what I have seen available in Tucson. I know better is around, but.....
Mine is better than what I have tried and consider my meds average.

Its not a matter of hiding. I have gone to this market before but at a privately sponsored and held market there is some
expectation of privacy. Certainly we don't expect to be unknowingly filmed and put on You Tube for the world to
see possibly with a bag of weed etc..! People from these markets come from all walks of life and from many different situations.

This shows a very apathetic and exploitative attitude with regards to our privacy from Rain Baker.

What if one of our neighbors happened to see the video of us with a bunch of clones and think " hey i know that guy let's rob him"

and this is about medical marijuana seriously you want video proving to the cops the exchange of money, and how not loopholed it really is.
