The only patients who would have done something so stupid were the ones who did not read Prop203 to find out what it was about. Everyone knows that any investment in Growing equipment inside of any city limits is a very limited endeavor.
This is one of the reasons that we need to amend Prop 203 to eliminate the 25 mile rule.
That ammendmend will never be made but I agree. Patients should have been allowed to cultivate up to 4-6 plants for personal use. Period. You can thank the guy who wrote the bill for this oversight. Joel Yuhas and Andrew Myers.

That would work if the 25 mile rule wasn't written into the law. Law is different than the rules invented to execute said law. The rules are decided upon by the governing bodies who are meant to execute the laws. The laws are created and amended either by voter initiative or by house resolution or senate bill process. I am into my second draft for a petition to be put on moveon.org I'll have it up within the month. Hopefully everyone will sign it.
