A Growing Community in Rural AZ

JUST AN FYI THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION AS I AM TO UNEDUCATED AND ILLITERATE.

I used to live in the San Pedro valley as a kid in a time when it was actually prosperous. Az has seen a lot of industries come and go after promising the pot of gold only to leave us the pot and take all the gold. This would be the reason people are sooo skeptical especially of outsiders and act like po dunk America. Believe it or not this is not our first rodeo  and the San Pedro Valley is an example.

I have rented a mobile home park in San Pedro Valley and I am creating a growing community. The owner has allowed me to subllet each space for 5 people to live. You will have to figure out the living arrangements between yourselves.

The good news is your new home would provide you with some cool rights. The bad news is you would not be allowed to use them on the property. The owner would expect your growing interests would be best applied else where and does not want to stifle you. So if your not around most of the time it is ok the owner and I will understand.

The spot is economical at $600 for the year up front per person, plus utilities and sewage, with no deposit. You will be responsible for activating services. The address would allow you to bring your RV on site to stay if and when you wanted to as a group of 5 or an individual. You would be provided a year lease for your part of the community which would then allow you to get your own PO BOX and receive your mail at your new home. Rural Living at its best!

Come help rural Az as they are economically depressed. Live where you and those you care for can grow spiritually and truly know what a community is about. You will fall in love with the address and the million dollar views. IM Me and start growing as a true community while helping a real community prosper again.

san pedro valley is a big area can you be a bit more specific
26.9 miles from a dispensary north of Tucson in in a wonderful little town called Mammoth. I have many spaces available and when they are full I have other friends that have MH parks. Think of us like the trailer park boys and you could be trailer trash also!!! If you have never been there you will come to love the place and want to stay in this community.

Found some better deals than I can even offer so I am out. Like any one here would rent from me? LOL!! Avg price of a spot to rent in the valley is about 1-1.2K for the year. You would pay that easily in ounces to the patient as a caregiver. Go check out 420 S Main it is dirt cheap also check out 7020 N Highway 77. These are working people barley making it go down and support a real community.

Something to think about when your part of a real community is you can have a say in if a dispensary opens in that area. While the Maricopa case has taken a lot of teeth out of the board of supervisors the community still has a say in the matter. An example is to voice ones concern's about traffic on a small low density street. As real community you can affect real change for your area and April 19 (I believe is the date) before public works looks at it. I will talk more about this at a later date.

I think community is a word that was used to lightly. Have you ever noticed my stories always end up with a purpose? BLOOM MAMMOTH the Valley Hmmmm.....Crazy, illiterate, and uneducated. YEP that is me... Have we talked about the market lately?
