A growers life... On holidays

I know I am not the only one. But will I be spending thanksgiving without my family. This is pretty much every year as a indoor grower in a hot state. We have to take advantage of the cold winter months, because we can run more lights and not worry about heat. So since I am in a co-op and it's basically my operation, I have to dog sit and watch multiple gardens. Probably be the same shit on Christmas. My family lives 5 hours away, also. But my family knows what I do, but does not approve of it. I will be moving out of state in May. So this will be the last holiday for a couple years before I will be able to spend the holidays with them again. But I wont be there, like always. I put money before my family, which is said. But I'd like to think they want me to be successful, if I was a cop and had to work Christmas to protect us from criminals. They would be bragging, but instead me growing medicine which is illegal in my state, I am not worthy. The said part is if I was legal, I still be a drug dealer. It's all bullshit.

as i've gotten older i really don't care what family members think of me. i take very good care of my children and lady, thats what counts to me.
this is my life n i'll live it the way i want to....
