CONDENSED VERSION:)
Get some type of high temp sealant, water, jar 1/2 tsp Karo syrup, PC 45 min....Sterilize needle...Inject through port 1 cc, wait 5-7 days, should have decent ball of myc stir/shake manually..Repeat as long as you have in something like dresser drawer? When you wanna slow down growth put in fridge...Draw up in sterilized syringe inject spawn ...(WBS/RYE)...I shake immediately to spread hyphae....Wait couple day's repeat ...Equal's spawn with the quickness....(They really need some better Emoticons!!!!)LMAO

Food dehydrators work well for drying the mushrooms out quickly. It's a low enough temp to not destroy any of the psilocybin. You could always just use fans and time though ;)

Also.. if you get a food dehydrator you can make your own beef jerky

I could be like the meat jerking beef boys?!? lol...I plan on using dissicant to absorb the moisture. seemed like the more affordable way to go.

And whodat, so the jar is like a syringe in itself, where its liquid and you can fill your own syringes?..actually just looked it up here. http://www.shroomery.org/10477/Cybers-Liquid-Culture-Tek Seems like a good way to keep things going. And I hadn't heard of that before, I did see an article about Live culture not liquid. Thanks mang!

Yes,And you can store those syringe's after you draw them up.....IMO tho you would just wanna store the whole LC jar itself, that way you could minimize the amount of time's you violate the integrity of the jar.....Do you have a extra fish aquarium or plastic see through tub laying around? You can do more kewl shit then if ya do? Can make a clean box and that greatly increases your odd's as well......Plus, if ya ever get into agar or isolating/cloning it's nice to have

Yea I am really considering making some sort of glove box. Im starting to think its necessary for the inoculation. I think ill use the big tub I got already, and then buy a slightly smaller one for the fruiting chamber.

Got the syringes, they were both very clumpy. Tried to shake them but didn't break apart much. went from one big chunk to 5. I can see other little pieces floating around too. I guess that's a good thing, but don't want to get clogged up. Ill be working on getting those broken up. It was pretty warm on delivery day so I hope it didn't get too hot. Still getting the stuff together but think the end of the month ill do the inoculation. If I knew how quick and easy the spores came I would have waited, but ill just keep them cool until its time. Waiting in anticipation :-D

What was the temp you run? Pans don't respond well to a lot of temp oscillation. I keep my fruiting chamber in the high range 84-86 deg....And even that can be strain dependent I have read of some strain's liking it almost into the 90's??..Along with a lot of fresh air I got this sweet spot on top of one of my fish tank's (Just above T5 lights) ...That stay's pretty consistent ...Also, JMO.... I will oversatuate the perlite to where there is some standing water and leave the top off all together the sides will stay foggyish < If that's even a word?? LOL:-P....It just seem's to work out well in the end with the T5 heating the bottom keeping my humidity up and top off to allow exchange....Gotta remember to mist the sides to replace moisture...

Nah! Just give it another wack sometime...If it was very easy everybody would do it right?:-P....But cube's ain't got shit on Pan's I've never tried tea or extract's either made from Pan's:sad: Could only imagine how potent that shit would be! Try this next you get a syringe make a LC or two...store your syringe Spawn to your sub of choice and use temp as your variable?Air exchange too?..If the temp is right the Myc growth is actually pretty agressive an won't contam easy.....I wanna run P. Azure and some Morel's....I keep talkn bout it and never get to it...Guess im scared of the commitment:lol:

Where'd you get it from?

went with hawkseye.

I also thought I could store them in a cooler with ice (ice down low and syringes in net up top) and that would keep them cool enough but after a day of sitting in the 60's they went in the fridge. don't want them to be found by anyone, but I got them bagged and tucked in a drawer.

*hope it wasn't too warm for too long

Yeah theirs are loaded with spores :-D

Wrap your hand around the syringe and allow your hand to warm it up for about 30 secs to 1 minute. Then shake it up for the same amount of time. I do this before injecting, and when I first receive it in the mail.

Regarding the warmness: Your spores are probably fine. As long you refrigerate them within a few days of receiving them. Some people don't refrigerate them at all and they turn out fine, but better safe than sorry.

My ghetto inoculation chamber, Finally got the wheels rolling. Innoc and incubate this morning. Hopefully it went well. Some rookie mistakes when mixing and sterilizing but hopefully nothing that fucks me up too bad. Just may be a bit too moist, and may have come up a little too close to the top with the wet substrate. Only had enough for 11 jars instead of 12. Think I was pretty damn good with cleanliness so hopefully they take.

Pf tek is no easier than any other tek. It is not a "BEginning" system. That is an illusion and it will take more time to discover if you failed

The internet said it was:lol: ...I appreciate the concern, I know you are just trying to get me on the fast track. Im willing to take it slow and do it small. Its been a great learning experience so far, Makes me want to go to school for mycology.

This is a great video of Paul Stamets giving a presentation. Its a long one, but worth watching. Not about psychedelics, but the greatness of fungi as a whole. Surely is related to animals closer than plants. The Japanese subway experiment was pretty wild.
