Hello RIU.
Day 1:
This is my first attempt at water-cloning.
I took 12 clones from 6 plants. I cut the stems at a deep angle and skinned the lower halfinch of the stem. Afterwards I quickly dumped them into ph'ed water (5.9ph).
I had to PH deer park spring water down to 5.9 from 8.5. (is that normal?)
Lemon juice was used.
Immediately after getting down my 3rd plant I noticed the first 4 cuttings were wilting severly. Quickly after all the clones were taken I put them into a dark room.
6 hours ago over half of the clones were wilting fairly badly. Now they've perked up. I wonder how long these will stay like this now.
My first attempt at cloning in rockwool cubes is still going on but things are not looking to good. I made so many mistakes at that attempt. I dont think they'll make it. day 10 for clones in rw. no roots
