I was thinking of harvesting in a couple days, closer the the beginning of the 10 we mark. What do you think?

I still see lots of white pistols. Trichromes look cloudy yet? Looks like you got at least a week or two left. Hard to tell without trichrome pics. Lookin good though :weed:

Ugh I wish I could take a picture of the trichomes, but I can’t even get a steady look myself! Haha. Thank you!

Used my phone camera lense to look through the microscope!

A good combination of cloudy and amber, though in some areas it’s more cloudy and less amber. Still some clear here and there.

I probably did, but I thought I would harvest at 8wks, so I wanted a full two weeks of flush. In week 7 when I realized I wasn’t harvesting as soon as I thought, I gave her a little nute boost. I’ll mix up a little more!

It’s difficult to know the timing. Some say 8 weeks, some say longer. Some say go by the trichomes. Some say harvest early since she’s high CBD.

Yah she’s not ready yet several weeks to go also don’t look at the leaves only the bud. The leaves will turn an degrade faster than the bud

Oh yeah, I know that! I should’ve trimmed the underside that wasn’t getting light so nutrients wouldn’t be wasted, but it was too late.

Looks pretty...definitely not ready.. 3 weeks or so. The amber you see looks to be on the leaf not on the bud.
The amber was when I looked at the trichomes, not the hairs lol
It’s more prevalent in the last photo. But it wasn’t in all areas.

If you look at the top of mine and the top of yours you will see a big difference
Mine is starting to swell and the hairs receding.
I still have a week or more.
You have a good while.

Ahhhh, I see! Gorgeous.
So can you explain the CBD/THC thing to me. I read that CBD begins to degrade the longer you go, but yet the THC gets higher. Where’s the middle ground for that? I don’t want to lose the CBD, that’s why I picked her strain.

I guess it’s safe to say I can’t believe what I read on the internet  If I would’ve followed the 8wk or 60/70 day grow from other articles, I’d have premature bud.
I guess I also can’t be entirely sure that’s she’s Harlequin either!
I’ve also got a Cannatonic flowering, two weeks behind Harle.

Now, who wants to educate me on the harvesting/drying??

take her when most of the trich's are cloudy with a small amount of clear and Amber.. that would probably be the harvest window to aim for with that strain... others maybe more help.. I've only grown a couple cbd strains in the past so I don't have that much knowledge about them..

Well that’s where I thought I was at, looking st the trichomes earlier (pictures are above), but at second glance it’s only 50/50 cloudy and amber in some places, not all bud locations
