NOBODY SHOULD NEED A CARD TO GROW period
^lol, thats funny
99% percent? get real dude, I know what your saying but at the moment I am 100 percent legal at the state level. It will be hard to stay legal at harvest, even if harvesting one plant but that's only cause the law is so messed up.

Like Al Capone followed the rules.....I think you're missing the point.
How do you expect them to legalize it if the people cant follow the rules now? I am not talking about people that already grow illegally AGAIN. I am talking about CARD HOLDERS! I also think it should be legal for everyone to grow. Then the cost would only have to go down. So yes more power to ya... Lets do it!! But how do you think we suggest this when the people that are allowed to do it cant follow the RULES!!! Shit for brains!

But even so before it was legal you were buying it illegally, and it wasn't a problem or a concern for you that the DRUG dealers had guns and other narcotics? Now you wanna be high and mighty about it all. You should be bitching about it not being completely legal. Instead of putting everyone that grows on blast. One more thing. I can bet you smoked before you "needed" your card. So please get your head out your ass and go do something productive.

you really are a piece of garbage judas of cannabis, how bout stand up for each other and not be cool with anyone getting harassed for growing a plant that has never killed a single person in it's existence..just because it is easy to grow so the greedy government can not regulate and tax it like tobacco.

@OP

Growing Illegally....but Morally right...Cannabis is a god given plant, a human right. Every great hero in history would've grown cannabis in this time and place, including our prophets, to live with fear and hatred is not living free, without living free you will never find happyness, good luck to you in riding your life of fear and sadness. Please drop the fear and hatred of others and live free and be happy. The prohibition of cannabis effects us all negatively, it really is a humanitarian issue, I believe the solution to ridding ourselves of this negativity is for more people to grow cannabis. I think that If everyone grew their own supply prohibition would be over.

how about this fact-

333.26428 Defenses.

8. Affirmative Defense and Dismissal for Medical Marihuana. Sec. 8. (a) Except as provided in section 7, a patient and a patient's primary caregiver, if any, may assert the medical purpose for using marihuana as a defense to any prosecution involving marihuana, and this defense shall be presumed valid where the evidence shows that:
(1) A physician has stated that, in the physician's professional opinion, after having completed a full assessment of the patient's medical history and current medical condition made in the course of a bona fide physician-patient relationship, the patient is likely to receive therapeutic or palliative benefit from the medical use of marihuana to treat or alleviate the patient's serious or debilitating medical condition or symptoms of the patient's serious or debilitating medical condition;
(2) The patient and the patient's primary caregiver, if any, were collectively in possession of a quantity of marihuana that was not more than was reasonably necessary to ensure the uninterrupted availability of marihuana for the purpose of treating or alleviating the patient's serious or debilitating medical condition or symptoms of the patient's serious or debilitating medical condition; and

(b) A person may assert the medical purpose for using marihuana in a motion to dismiss, and the charges shall be dismissed following an evidentiary hearing where the person shows the elements listed in subsection (a).

(2) forfeiture of any interest in or right to property.

i don't see where it even says amounts?-

our law allows for being over, if it is needed. ISN"T IT?
the rift between us only shows our intelligence and maturity. please believe, when bill and his buddies sit down to discuss this there is no infantile behavior.

that said i'm never over. i don't need to be. if it's costing 70 an ounce to make, you need to read more roll it up.

according to the law-

it takes a pound to make a months worth of oil. since we are such shiity growers, and it takes us 37 plants each cycle(in a perpetual) to make a pound every 30 days, GO FOR IT.

that's what the law says. our law is NOT grey, NOT confusing, NOT vague in the least.
it IS simple and readable. accessible to ALL.

look it up! read it! it's not confusing, and was designed with your understanding in mind. our law allows us to be FREE. we only need to utilize it.

so in summary; 99% of michigan growers ARE growing LEGALLY!

I was talking to my ex bro in law at a party this weekend. He has his card and a caregiver. According to him, he has a friend who is a Fed... He asked him about all of this and the "Fed" said "You can have have 5lbs dry or more in your facility, you can have 50 plants hanging to dry, Just don't have more than 2.5oz on your person (in posession) and don't have more than your 12 plants rooted and growing".

I'm not so sure on that but he sure thought he was sure.

not sure if a fed is a good resource for interpretation of our STATE law-

i'm sure he is aware of his office's practices thought, so that is good.

pretty good idea, leaving the shit hanging with the leaf on it, until it's ready for it's "place". really it just fits into the perpetual. just need to trim it, 2.5 at a time, on demand.
never over.

how come we never thought of that?
